Return Policy

 

Before issuing an exchange or refund request, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure you understand our policy and ensure that all criteria are met and that you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Refund policy: 

If the product you received is in the wrong size from what you ordered then you can contact us and we’ll ship out the right size free of charge for you.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for orders that have selected the incorrect size. Please refer to the size charts provided for each product and make sure it is correct before checking out.

Quality issues: We will be responsible for a reshipment or refund if there is any product quality issue within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. The product may first need to be returned to us, and upon going through our checking procedures, we will reship the product or offer a refund.
